other تاثیر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل پرسید بر رفتارهای پیشگیری کننده از حیوان گزیدگی در دانش آموزان ابتدایی شهرستان اردبیل (1403-1404) بهداشت عمومی Public Health پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف:</span></b> <span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">حیوان‌گزیدگی به‌عنوان یکی از مشکلات مهم بهداشتی، به‌ویژه در گروه‌های سنی کودکان، می‌تواند پیامدهای جسمی و روانی گسترده‌ای به‌همراه داشته باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل پرسید بر رفتارهای پیشگیری کننده از حیوان‌گزیدگی در بین دانش‌آموزان پسر ابتدایی&nbsp; شهر اردبیل می باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">روش کار:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> این مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی روی 82 نفر از دانش‌آموزان پسر دوره دوم ابتدایی با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته بر اساس سازه های مدل پرسید انجام شد. پس از اجرای پیش‌آزمون، مداخله آموزشی طی 3 جلسه در گروه مداخله انجام گرفت و 1ماه بعد، آزمون پیگیری برای گروه مداخله و کنترل اجرا شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">نتایج:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> پس از مداخله، میانگین نمرات آگاهی، نگرش و عوامل قادرکننده در گروه مداخله به‌طور معناداری نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش یافت&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">(05/0</span><span lang="AR-SA" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">></span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">p</span><span lang="AR-SA" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">)،</span> <span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">اما نمره عوامل تقویت کننده و رفتارهای پیشگیرانه در برابر حیوان‌گزیدگی در گروه مداخله پس از انجام مداخله آموزشی تفاوت چندانی با گروه کنترل نداشت.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> مداخله آموزشی بر اساس مدل پرسید می‌تواند موجب ارتقای آگاهی و نگرش در مورد حیوان‌گزیدگی در دانش‌آموزان شود اما جهت تاثیر بر رفتار گروه هدف علاوه بر آموزش، نیاز به جلب حمایت جامعه و دولت و اصلاح سیاست ها و رفع موانع انجام رفتار می باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Background and Aim:</span></b> <span style="font-size:11.0pt">Animal bites are among the major public health concerns, particularly in children, and may result in considerable physical and psychological consequences. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of an educational intervention based on the PRECEDE model on preventive behaviors against animal bites among male elementary school students in Ardabil.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Materials and Methods:</span></b> <span style="font-size:11.0pt">This quasi-experimental study was conducted on 82 male students in the second cycle of elementary school. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire developed based on the constructs of the PRECEDE model. Following the pretest, the educational intervention was implemented in the intervention group in three sessions. One month later, a follow-up assessment was performed for both the intervention and control groups.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Results:</span></b> <span style="font-size:11.0pt">After the intervention, the mean scores of knowledge, attitude, and enabling factors increased significantly in the intervention group compared with the control group (p < 0.05). However, no significant differences were observed between the two groups regarding reinforcing factors and preventive behaviors against animal bites following the educational intervention.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Conclusion:</span></b> <span style="font-size:11.0pt">Educational interventions based on the PRECEDE model can improve students&#39; knowledge and attitudes regarding animal bites.
