other افزایش امید زندگی در ایران باتوجه‌به نقش توسعه مالی، مخارج بهداشتی و مصرف انرژی تجدیدپذیر Increasing Life Expectancy in Iran due to the Role of Financial Development, Health Expenditure and Renewable Energy Consumption بهداشت عمومی Public Health پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: در سال‌های اخیر، روابط متقابل بین محیط‌زیست، انرژی و سلامت به دلیل تأثیر قابل‌توجهی که بر سلامت انسان دارند، توجه فزاینده‌ای را به خود جلب کرده است. این مطالعه بر آن است تا به بررسی تأثیر متقابل و پیچیده محیط، اقتصاد، توسعه، انرژی و نتایج سلامت در ایران بپردازد. روش کار: در این تحقیق از آزمون هم انباشتگی حداقل مربعات کاملاً اصلاح شده بر روی داده سالانه کشور ایران از سال 1360 تا 1400 استفاده می‌شود. در این راستا متغیرهای مصرف انرژی تجدیدپذیر، هزینه‌های بهداشتی، آلودگی هوا، نرخ باسوادی زنان، نرخ تورم، ضریب جینی، تولید ناخالص داخلی سرانه، توسعه مالی و مصرف سوخت فسیلی بر امید به زندگی در بدو تولد درنظر گرفته می‌شود. نتایج: نتایج تخمین مدل تحقیق نشان داد که توسعه مالی به طور مثبت و با مقدار 0/037 بر امید زندگی تأثیر می‌گذارد. این مطالعه همچنین نشان می‌دهد که انتشار CO2 و مصرف سوخت فسیلی به ترتیب 0/015 و 1/02 سبب کاهش امید زندگی می‌شود. مصرف انرژی تجدید پذیر و مخارج سلامت نیز به ترتیب با ضریب مثبت 0/025 و 0/035سبب بهبود امید زندگی در ایران شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: برای افزایش نتایج سلامت لازم است اقداماتی برای افزایش هزینه‌های سلامت، افزایش استفاده از انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر، کاهش استفاده از سوخت‌های فسیلی و تقویت توسعه مالی در بلندمدت جهت دسترسی آسان‌تر به درمان‌های پزشکی، اجتناب از بیماری‌ها، سبک زندگی سالم‌تر و کیفیت محیطی، انجام شود. از طرف دیگر از حیث سیاست‌گذاری، برنامه‌ریزی در جهت بهبود شاخص‌های اقتصادی می‌تواند زمینه را برای تقاضای کالاهای بهداشتی و آموزشی و بهبود وضعیت بهداشـتی جامعـه فراهم نماید.   Background and Aim: In recent years the interrelationships among environment, energy and health have attracted increasing attention due to their significant impact on human health. This study aimed to investigate the complex interactions among environment, economy, development, energy and the health outcomes in Iran. Materials and Methods: In this research the annual national data in Iran between 1981 and 2021 were used, using the fully modified least squares cointegration. The following variables affecting life expectancy at birth were included in the analysis: renewable energy consumption, health costs, air pollution, female literacy rate, inflation rate, Gini coefficient, GDP per capita, financial development and fossil fuel consumption. Results: Data analysis showed the following: 1. financial development positively affects life expectancy with a coefficient of 0.037 ; 2. CO2 emissions and fossil fuel consumption decrease life expectancy by 0.015 and 1.02, respectively; 3. Renewable energy consumption and health expenses have improved life expectancy in Iran with positive coefficients of 0.025 and 0.035, respectively. Conclusion: To improve health care outcomes action should be taken in the following areas: increasing health expenditures, increasing the use of renewable energy, reducing the use of fossil fuels, strengthening long-term financial development for easier access to medical treatments, decreasing disease risk, healthier lifestyles, and environmental quality improvement.
