fa همسانی درونی و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی پرسشنامه رفتار فزون‌کنشی جنسی در بین دانشجویان بهداشت عمومی Public Health پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size: medium;"><strong><span style="font-family: b lotus;">زمینه و هدف:</span></strong></span> <span style="font-family: b lotus;"><span style="color: black;">اختلال فزون کنشی&shy;جنسی به&shy;صورت تلاش های ناموفق متعدد افراد در کنترل یا کاهش مدت زمان صرف شده برای درگیر شدن در تخیلات، تمایلات و رفتارهای جنسی تعریف می شود. </span></span><span style="font-family: b lotus;">هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی روایی، پایایی و ساختار عاملی پرسشنامه رفتار فزون کنشی جنسی در دانشجویان بود که توسط رید و همکاران ساخته شده است.</span><br> <span style="font-size: medium;"><strong><span style="font-family: b lotus;">روش کار:</span></strong></span><span style="font-family: b lotus;"> در این پژوهش توصیفی، 300 نفر از دانشجویان مرد دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان به </span><span style="font-family: b lotus;">شیوه نمونه&shy;گیری خوشه ای چند &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;مرحله ای بر اساس دانشکده و رشته گروه انتخاب</span><span style="font-family: b lotus;"><span style="color: black;"> شده و پرسشنامه <span style="background: white;">رفتار فزون کنشی جنسی</span><span style="letter-spacing: -0.1pt;"> بین آن ها اجرا شد. </span></span></span><span style="font-family: b lotus;">جهت تعیین روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه، تحلیل عامل تاییدی و آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به کار رفت. </span><br> <span style="font-size: medium;"><strong><span style="font-family: b lotus;">نتایج:</span></strong></span><span style="font-family: b lotus;"> پایایی به دست آمده برای مولفه های کنترل، پیامدها، مقابله ای و کل مقیاس به ترتیب 82/0، 80/0، 86/0 و 90/0 قرار گرفتند که حاکی از پایایی مطلوب مقیاس می باشد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نیز رابطه معناداری بین متغیرهای آشکار (سؤالات) و سازهای نهفته (عامل&shy;ها) را تأیید و نشان داد که ساختار 3 عاملی از برازش مطلوبی در نمونه ها برخوردارند </span><span style="font-family: b lotus;">(91/0 </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">GFI=</span></span><span style="font-family: b lotus;">، 88/0 </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">AGFI=</span></span><span style="font-family: b lotus;">، 98/0 </span><span style="font-family: b lotus;">=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">CFI</span></span><span style="font-family: b lotus;">، 057/0 </span><span style="font-family: b lotus;">=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">RMSEA</span></span><span style="font-family: b lotus;">).</span><br> <span style="font-size: medium;"><strong><span style="font-family: b lotus;">نتیجه&shy;گیری:</span></strong></span><span style="font-family: b lotus;"> پرسشنامه رفتار فزون کنشی جنسی در بین دانشجویان از روایی و پایایی مطلوبی برخوردار است و استفاده از این ابزار در تحقیقات آینده مورد حمایت و قایل اعتماد است. </span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Background and Aim:</strong> The hypersexual disorder is described as multiple unsuccessful attempts to control or diminish the amount of time spent on engaging in sexual fantasies, urges, and behaviors in response to dysphoric mood states or stressful life events. The purpose of the present research was to determine the validity, reliability and factor structure of the Hypersexual Behavior Inventory (HBI) for use for students, developed by Reid and colleagues.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this descriptive study, 300 male students of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University were selected by cluster random sampling on the basis of school and field of study. Data were collected using the HBI, and its reliability and validity were determined using Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The reliability coefficients obtained for control, consequences, coping components and total scale were 0.82, 0.80, 0.86 and 0.90, respectively, which showed good reliability.
