fa تحلیل هزینه - منفعت مداخلات بهداشتی: یک مرور انتقادی بهداشت عمومی Public Health مروری Review <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و</strong> <strong>هدف:</strong> <a name="OLE_LINK179">ارزشیابی اقتصادی مداخلات بهداشتی برای تخصیص بهینه منابع در بخش سلامت ضروری است. هدف این پژوهش مرور انتقادی مطالعات تحلیل هزینه </a><span dir="LTR">-</span> منفعت مداخلات بهداشتی در 40 سال گذشته است<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش&shy; کار:</strong> مطالعه حاضر با جستجو در هفت پایگاه اطلاعاتی<span dir="LTR">Web of science </span>&nbsp;<span dir="LTR">Science Direct,</span> <span dir="LTR">Scopus,</span> <span dir="LTR">PubMed,</span> <span dir="LTR">Springer, Link</span> <a name="OLE_LINK11"></a><a name="OLE_LINK10"><span dir="LTR">Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews</span></a><span dir="LTR">,</span> و <span dir="LTR">SID</span> با استفاده از کلید واژه<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های مناسب برای یافتن مقالات تحلیل هزینه-منفعت مداخلات بهداشتی منتشر شده در سال‌های 1975 تا 2015 میلادی انجام شد. مقالات بدست آمده پس از ارزشیابی کیفیت با استفاده از یک ابزار معتبر، تحلیل شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج: </strong><a name="OLE_LINK185"></a><a name="OLE_LINK184">تعداد 33 مطالعه تحلیل هزینه-منفعت مداخلات بهداشتی در فاصله زمانی تعیین شده بدست آمد. به ترتیب 39، 37، 21 و 3 درصد از مطالعات در قاره</a><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های آسیا، آمریکا، اروپا و آفریقا انجام شده بود. بیشتر مطالعات (79%) درباره مداخلات مرتبط با واکسن، آموزش، تغذیه سالم و استفاده از فن آوری‌های بهداشتی بود. <a name="OLE_LINK186">مداخلات مختلف واکسیناسیون، آزمایش‌های تشخیصی و غربالگری، تغذیه مناسب، بهداشت دهان و دندان، آموزش سلامت روان و استفاده از تجهیزات ایمنی هنگام رانندگی دارای منافع </a>بالینی و اقتصادی بسیار زیاد هستند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه&shy;گیری</strong>: مطالعات تحلیل هزینه <span dir="LTR">-</span> منفعت مداخلات بهداشتی <a name="OLE_LINK181">در حال افزایش است. این مداخلات می‌توانند موجب استفاده بهینه از منابع محدود بخش سلامت به منظور ارتقای سلامت مردم شوند. </a></p> <p><strong>Background and Aim</strong>: Economic evaluation of health interventions is critical for efficient allocation of resources. The aim of this study was to critically review empirical studies on the cost-benefit of health interventions published over the last 40 years.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: This study was carried out by searching seven&nbsp; databases (PubMed, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, Web of science, Science Direct, Scopus, Springer Link, and SID) using appropriate keywords to find articles on the cost-benefit of health interventions published during 1975-2015. All the relatedretrieved articles were analyzed after quality assessment using a valid check list.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: A total of 33studies on the cost-benefit of health interventions during the last 40 years were included in the review; 39%, 37%, 21% and 3%of the studies had been conducted in Asia, America, Europe and Africa, respectively. The subjects dealt with in most ofthe studies (79%) were related to immunization, education, healthy nutrition and use of health technologies. Further analysis of the data showed mental health education, healthy nutrition, use of safety equipment while driving, vaccination, diagnostic and screening tests, and oral and dental healthto have considerable clinical and economic benefits.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: The number of studies on the cost-benefit analysis of health interventions is increasing.
