fa شناسایی نیازهای جامعه و اولویت بندی مشکلات بر پایه ارزیابی جامعه درمحله آذربایجان تهران عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و هدف</strong><strong>: </strong>ارزیابی جامعه فرآیندی است که در طی آن با مشارکت فعال اعضای جامعه تصویر واضحی از دارایی­ها، نقاط قوت و نیازهای جامعه مورد بررسی بدست آمده و این نیازها اولویت بندی و نهایتا راهکارها و برنامه­های مناسب جهت رفع مشکلات تدوین می­شود. این پژوهش در محله­ی آذربایجان شهر تهران وبا هدف شناسایی و اولویت بندی مشکلات ونیازهای آن وبا مشارکت مردم انجام شده است.<strong> </strong><strong></strong><p></p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>روش کار: </strong>در این مطالعه اعضای جامعه درارتباط با نیازها و مشکلاتشان مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. این پژوهش بر اساس مدل کارولینای شمالی انجام شده است. در این مدل فرایند ارزیابی جامعه در ۸ مرحله انجام که هفت مرحله­ی اول شامل شناسایی و اولویت بندی مشکلات و مرحله­ی هشتم شامل تدوین برنامه­­های عملیاتی برای حل مشکلات دارای اولویت می­باشد.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>نتایج</strong><strong>:</strong>  در این مطالعه در مجموع 40 مشکل مختلف به دست آمد که در 5 گروه به شرح ذیل مشخص گردیدند:</p> <p dir="rtl"> بهداشت محیط، مشکلات اجتماعی، حقوق شهروندی و خدمات شهری، مشکلات بهداشت وسلامت، مشکلات آموزشی و فرهنگی و به ترتیب پخش و استفاده از مواد مخدر، کمبود مرکز مشاوره خانواده، کمبود پارک و فضای سبز و زمین بازی برای کودکان محله، عدم نظارت پیمانکاران شهرداری در خصوص نظافت شهری، عدم تهیه خدمات بهداشت روان به عنوان مشکلات اصلی محله اولویت­بندی شدند.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>نتیجه</strong><strong> </strong><strong>گیری:</strong> مشکلات بدست آمده در این مطالعه، طیف وسیع و متنوعی از مسائل در زمینه­ های، بهداشتی اجتماعی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی را در بر می­گیرد و منحصر به مشکلات بهداشتی نیست .ارزیابی جامعه فرصت لازم برای انجام مشارکت فعالانه را در اختیار اعضای جامعه قرار می­دهد و همچنین اطلاعات کافی برای انجام تصمیم گیری­های درست در اختیار می­گذارد. که مجموع این عوامل، ارزیابی جامعه را به عنوان روش قابل قبولی برای تعیین مشکلات و انتخاب اولویت­های جامعه معرفی می­نماید.</p> <p><strong>Background and Aim</strong><strong>:</strong>  Community assessment is a process by which a clear picture of the community assets, strengths, resources, and needs is obtained with active participation of the community itself, followed by prioritization of the community needs and formulating strategies and programs to solve the problems.<strong> </strong>This study was conducted to identify and prioritize problems and needs of the Azerbaijan Borough in Tehran city, Iran, with active participation of the people.<strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods</strong>:<strong> </strong>This study was conducted to determine the<em> </em>attitudes and beliefs of the community members about their community needs and problems. The study was based on a model designed in North Carolina, US. In this model, the assessment process is performed in eight steps.  In the first seven steps problems are identified and prioritized, and in step 8 a plan of action is developed to deal with the problem selected.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong><strong> </strong>A total of 40 problems were identified and divided into several groups. The most important problems were as follows: social problems environmental health problems educational and cultural problems, civil rights and urban services distribution and use of drugs lack of family counseling centers shortage of parks and playgrounds for neighborhood children lack of supervision by municipal contractors on urban cleaning and lack of mental health services specially for the elderly.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: Several types of problems, including health, as well as non-health - social, cultural and economic - problems were identified. Community assessment provides an appropriate opportunity for active participation of community members and makes available sufficient information for sound decision-making.
